WHAT TO EXPECT?
From the moment you inquire, my goal is to make your photoshoot feel exciting, easy, and fully personalized.
We begin by identifying the type of photoshoot you’re looking for so we can choose the package that fits you best. If you already know which package you want, we can start there right away. Once your date is confirmed and the deposit is received, your pre-shoot consultation begins.

Already have a date in mind but not sure where to shoot? I’ll help you choose the perfect location.
Have an idea but don’t know how to make it happen? I’ll guide you through it.
Want a photoshoot but have no idea where to start? I can send inspiration images and creative direction so we can build a concept that feels right for you.
During the planning stage, you’re always welcome to reach out with questions about outfits, accessories, styling, or anything else that will help you feel prepared and confident.
Then comes the photoshoot day — your time to show up, relax, and enjoy the process.
If we’re shooting outdoors, you can arrive right at the scheduled start time. If your session is in a rented space such as a studio or venue, I recommend arriving about 10 minutes early so you have time to find the location and get settled before the rental time begins.
Once we start, we create. We move. We have fun.
You do not need to know how to pose — I’ll guide you throughout the entire session. My job is to make sure the lighting is flattering, the angles are intentional, and the background supports the image without distracting from what matters most: you.
You are the main character.
Whether we’re shooting indoors or outdoors, I focus on creating images that feel elevated, natural, and true to your energy. This is your time to be present, trust the process, and enjoy the experience.
After the session, I carefully go through and edit your gallery with attention to quality and consistency. I always do my best to deliver as quickly as possible without rushing the final result — because beautiful work takes care. Delivery time depends on the package you book, and all final images are sent in a private online gallery.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot.
FAQ
01. Why is a deposit required?
A deposit secures your session date and covers the time and preparation that happens before we even start shooting — including planning, pre-shoot communication, consultation, equipment prep, travel, parking, tolls, and other behind-the-scenes work that goes into creating a smooth experience for you.
Please note: deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred if the session is rescheduled under approved circumstances.
02. How far in advance should I book?
The sooner, the better — especially if you have a specific date in mind. I always recommend reaching out at least 1–2 weeks in advance when possible.
That said, I do occasionally have last-minute openings due to cancellations or schedule changes, so feel free to inquire even if your session is coming up soon.
03. Do you charge a travel fee?
Yes — travel fees may apply depending on the location of your shoot.
If your session is outside my regular service area or is considered a destination shoot, please send me your preferred location and I’ll provide details.
For destination sessions or custom locations, travel costs are quoted individually.
04. What circumstances allow a photoshoot to be rescheduled?
For the photographer:
Illness
Unsafe or severe weather conditions
Conditions that may damage equipment
Unexpected emergencies or major issues
For the client:
Severe weather affecting the session
A reschedule request made at least 24 hours in advance
Whenever possible, I’ll do my best to work with you to find a new date that fits both of our schedules.
